Laura Clapp grew up in New England.  She's brash, she's honest and she's happy to be here.  Put these things together and you get an artist not afraid to tell it like it is who thrives on love, excitement and a passion for life.

After moving to Nashville from Boston in 2001, Laura quickly befriended some of Music City's best and it wasn't long before she was singing for a living.  As she sang for her supper, she learned the advantages of co-writing, listening and observing the music that surrounded her.  This knowledge led to demo sessions, a career as product specialist for TC Electronic and most recently to a gig as backing vocalist for the legendary Howard Jones.  Her voice has taken her to Japan, Australia, the UK and Europe and she can't wait to see where it will lead to next.

Laura spends her days writing music, playing with the coolest gear on earth and traveling the world telling people about it.  A recent move to Cleveland has opened more doors than ever.  Check out the Tour page to see where she might be next.
